Initial Setup:
Austin was looking for a way to sell more of his courses and mentorship programs from the messages he gets every single day from his social media. We used a direct strategy where we invited people to message us a specific keyword if they were interested in learning more about the programs. We leveraged automation to handle the initial parts of the conversation before it was handed off to a live agent. The live agent used our DM automation systems to help them follow up with leads and ensure they stayed on top of replies throughout the day.
